Reading with Oma
Oma keeps a bunch of books and fun toys for Ella to play with at her house. Ella recognizes the streets we turn on to come to their house.
In these pictures Ella was reading out loud in her own language while pointing to the words.

It was so much fun to read with Ella. I was going to read to her but she said, "Self!" and wanted to sit down on the bed and read by herself. As a teacher it is exciting for me to see her have a beginning understanding of concept of print at such a young age.
