booty-burp
Ella passed gas one day and called it a booty-burp. We of course have encouraged this now, because we think it is hilarious, and it somehow seems more polite to us than "fart". Being home with Daddy probably means she burps with her booty more often than other girls her age, but she always says "excuse me".

that's funny.
we call it "frogs". fart does sound so horribly nasty. much better to hear zai say "just frogs mom."
Maybe Daddy makes more spicy chili than Mommy.

My girls call it burping too, and I have been loath to correct them. There is no good word to teach a small person in reference to gas. "I burped!" is non-offensive, but "I farted".... well, we won't go there. Love you guys!
