Soccer's Finished!
We had about 20 guys over at our house yesterday. It was the end of our JV boys soccer season. We came in 5th or 6th, but I'm proud of my guys, they played hard, we play against larger Long Beach schools that have good programs, and we gave some a run for their money. I learned a lot, and it was a good experience. They guys are a lot of fun.

So tell me... last year, who did you cheer for in the USA vs Ghana game?
Glenn! there's a voice from the past! I was on the fence a bit. It was kind of a win win situation. I was cheering for my homeland, because I believe in that, but was very pleased that Ghana did so well.
No, Australia played Italy (the other team from Ghana's group) while Ghana played Brazil. Brazil beat Ghana 3:0 while Italy ousted the Aussies with a 1:0 goal ensuing from a wrongly-awarded penalty... the Aussie fell first! :p ;)
